2.1 Prices and Currency Conversion

Property reference prices on the Site are in Thai baht (THB). Prices displayed in any other selectable currency are approximate conversions from THB for comparison only. They are not offers to buy, sell, rent, or accept payment in those currencies.

The Site automatically retrieves exchange rates from Frankfurter, which publishes daily data, caches them, and periodically checks for updates. The displayed rate date is the observation date, not a real-time quote. Converted amounts may be rounded. If the provider is unavailable, the Site may use the last available rates with their date displayed, or show the original THB price instead.

The agreed price, payment currency, and final amount are governed by the agreement or contract with the property owner. Bank or payment-provider exchange rates, fees, and spreads may cause the amount paid to differ from the estimate shown on the Site. Please confirm these details before entering into a transaction.
